1) Reserve Your Session Date

To hold your date, we simply require a signed agreement and a Reservation/Creation Fee. This covers the time and planning that goes into creating your portraits, so when you arrive, everything is already set up for a relaxed, beautiful experience.

2) Finished Artwork First (Not Just Digital Files)

Portraits In The Sand is a Delaware beach portrait photographer specializing in finished portrait artwork, stunning wall portraits, albums, and heirloom prints designed for your home. Portraits, artwork, and digital images are purchased separately after your session. Digital options are available, but our signature experience is focused on helping you create something timeless you can enjoy every day, not a folder of files that gets lost over time.

3) Next-Day Viewing & Ordering Appointment (Included)

The next morning, you’ll visit our studio gallery for a guided View & Order Appointment (included with your reservation). You’ll see your portraits displayed large and beautifully, and we’ll help you choose your favorites and design artwork for your home. Orders are placed during this appointment. Payment accepted: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payment plans are available. Vacation tip: If you’re visiting Rehoboth, Lewes, Bethany, Dewey, or Fenwick, schedule your session early in your trip so you can view your portraits before you head home.

4) Portrait Product Starting Prices

We offer a range of portrait products and sizes for different tastes and budgets.

• 8×10 prints: $250 (as low as $150 when ordered at the next-day appointment)
• Small wall portraits: starting at $500
• 24×30 wall portrait: starting at $1300
• 10-page albums: starting at $1800

Most families choose a statement wall portrait as the centerpiece, then add coordinating prints for gifting and an heirloom album to preserve the full story. With no sales tax in Delaware, your investment goes even further.

5) Pre-Pay Specials

Pre-pay $2000 toward your portrait order and your reservation fee is FREE (Cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.) 20% Pre-Pay Bonus on prepayments over $2000. If you don’t use the full prepaid amount toward your order, we will refund the difference minus the reservation fee and processing fees. Please call us for an estimate on your portrait possibilities.

NOTE: Additional travel fees apply if out of the Delaware Beach area.
